Send an email to World@enjoybrand.com specifying the problem, in case you want to change or refund your purchase.
We will gladly accept returns on all items within 14 days from time of shipment for store credit only. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags.
We do not offer refunds after 14 days of receipt but are glad to exchange any items or issue a voucher for store credit. Return handling, return shipping and custom costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you return a purchase, you will receive a refund of your order in the same payment method you used for the purchase. For orders paid for by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer. Once the return has been made, we will send you an email with confirmation. If more than 14 days have passed and you have not received the refund in your account, please use this confirmation to submit it to your bank so that they can help you speed up the process.

A product of inadequate quality defined by significant defects affecting its functional qualities, grants the buyer certain rights.
The buyer, unless agreed otherwise by the seller, may choose to demand a replacement, a proportionate price reduction, free defect elimination, or a refund. These requests can be made during the entire warranty period for warranted products or within a reasonable period, not exceeding two years, for products without a warranty. In case of significant defects result from improper use, the online store reserves the right to reject returns. In cases of disagreement, the online store may conduct an independent examination at its expense. The buyer can participate and challenge the decision in court. If defects are found to be the buyer's fault, reimbursement for examination, transportation, and storage costs is mandatory. By accepting the order and signing the accompanying documents, the client certifies that he has received the order in full, all goods are without external damage and correspond to the goods he ordered. After receiving the order, claims regarding external defects of the goods, their quantity, completeness and presentation are not accepted.
